If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know within 14 days of your appointment. We’re happy to offer complimentary minor adjustments during this time. Requests made after 14 days or major changes will be treated as a new service. Changes of mind or improper aftercare are not considered service issues. No Refunds :All services are final and non-refundable. Deposits Some services require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & No-Shows: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 50%–100% of the service cost. Aftercare Responsibility: Following recommended aftercare is important for long-lasting results. Vionka Salon is not responsible for results affected by heat damage, chemical services done elsewhere, improper products, swimming, sun exposure, hard water, or failure to follow aftercare instructions. Health, Allergy & Hair History For your safety, please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy, medications, or previous chemical treatments before your appointment. We can’t be responsible for reactions or results caused by information that wasn’t shared with us. Results & Expectations Every head of hair is unique! Results may vary depending on hair history and condition. Inspiration photos are for guidance only and do not guarantee identical results. Pricing & Timing Service prices and appointment times are estimates and may vary based on hair length, density, condition, or extra product needed. Right to Refuse Service For the comfort and safety of everyone, Vionka Salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary. Payment Authorization By booking, you authorize Vionka Salon and our payment providers to charge the card on file for services, deposits, cancellations, or no-show fees in accordance with these policies. Privacy & Your Information: Your privacy matters to us. We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number only to schedule appointments, communicate with you, send reminders, We use trusted third-party booking and payment platforms that follow industry-standard security practices. no system is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Personal Information Retention: We keep your personal information only as long as needed for business or legal purposes.
